What is the turnaround time for each gown?
Production timelines typically range from 9 to 12 months. For clients working with a shorter engagement window, we offer a limited number of rush services. Please inquire for availability and associated fees.
Do you offer custom designs?
Atelier Arielle specializes in made-to-order gowns tailored to each client’s measurements. Designer Ariel Han brings years of experience in couture tailoring and red carpet fashion to each creation. Customizations to existing styles are available for an additional fee, and fully bespoke gowns can also be commissioned upon request.
What is the price range of the collection?
Gowns range from $1,000 to $6,500, with a curated selection of separates available for more flexible and accessible options.
What is the sizing process?
We recommend visiting one of our retail partners to be measured and styled by a professional, ensuring a seamless fit and experience. For clients unable to access a stockist, we offer a complimentary Zoom consultation to review measurements and guide you through the process prior to placing your order.
Do you offer bespoke gowns?
Yes, we offer bespoke services starting at $12,000. We ask that inquiries for original designs respect the integrity of our craft and refrain from requests to replicate the work of other designers.
